Design Lab - How to Customize?

How to Customize Your Product

 

1. Visit the Product Page

  • Choose the item you want to customize and select the "Customize" option.
  • Pick your preferred Color, Size and Quantity. Get lower price when you increase the quantity.

2. Select the Print Area (Required Before Proceeding)

  • Choose the bottom Arrow or Right side Arrow on the desktop to select the side.
  • Printing options vary based on the selected area.

3. Choose a Decoration Method (Required Before Proceeding)

  • Options include DTF Print, Embroidery, and more.
  • On mobile, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the bottom left corner to select a Decoration method.
  • If no method is chosen, the system will proceed with the default option.

4. Understand Printing Requirements

  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Must be met to proceed to checkout.
  • Color Limitations: If applicable, adjust your design accordingly.
  • Special Prints (e.g., FOIL Print): Select the required FOIL color swatch before checkout.
  • Each printing method has specific conditions If mentioned on it:

5. Design Your Customization

  • Text: Add and style your own text.
  • Image Upload: Upload your artwork.
  • Preconfigured Designs/ Templates: Choose from available design templates.
  • AI Image Generation: Enter a prompt (at least 100 characters) for a detailed AI-generated image. 
  • Use one or more of these methods
  • Boundary line: Make sure your design is inside boundary line else system won’t allow you to proceed.

6. Finalize Your Order

  • Add all the Quantity of each size before adding to cart, It will reduce the price & get a discount on bulk
  • Add any notes if needed, Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

7. Errors – Why Design Lab is Not Allowing Checkout

  • Uploaded image quality is too low.
  • Designs may not be properly aligned within the boundary lines.
  • Minimum order quantity requirement has not been met.
  • Certain prints require colors to be selected from the designated palette.
